Refunds/Returns/Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and has the original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

All returns will be processed according to the following guidelines:

  • All returns require an order number or proof of purchase. All returns must be in the original packaging.
  • All returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days after receiving the order.
  • All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
  • We provided free shipping to the customer. If you need a return, the customer is responsible for shipping charges on the return.

Refunds

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
