1Question: Once a buyer has placed their order, how long does it take you to prepare, package, and put it in the mail?

1Answer: 2-5 business days.

2Question: When will I get my package?

2Answer: 1-5 business days after the order has been processed and put in the mail. 

3Question: How will I know where and when my package will deliver?

3Answer: A tracking number for your package will be sent to your preferred contact information and you can look up where your package is located. 

Information: 

-At this time we offer free shipping out to the customer but returns the customer has to pay for shipping back. 

-On the tracking label it usually says the weight of the package when shipped so you have an idea for return.
